You'll learn how to find, assess, negotiate and structure income and capital property deals. You will also learn how to brand yourself online so you can attract investors to you and your deals.

Registration will be open from Thursday the 5th of June to Friday the 13th of June 2025. No late registrations will be accepted.

There is a limit of 20 students for the challenge.

The training will start on 1 July 2025 and run until 30 Sep 2025. There will however be ongoing support in the Facebook group.

Yes you can. While there are certain concepts that are specific to the South African property market, many of the skills taught can be applied in other markets / countries.
